Can a struggling Marchi ride a legend in the making?

Last Saturday, PBR Director Tom Teague boasted that no one, not even Guilherme Marchi, could ride his 2008 World Champion Bull, Bones. To back his claim, Teague put up $20,000 of his own money.Marchi accepted the challenge, noting that Bones is just a bull. This weekend in Winston-Salem, N.C., the two World Champions will determine who’s boss. Bones is unridden in his career. He’s turfed three World Champions twice each. Justin McBride, Ednei Caminhas, and Marchi have averaged just 4.7 seconds on the gangly tornado. The clash of the champions will be featured next Saturday at 4:30 p.m. EST on NBC during the Copenhagen Bull Riding Invitational.
